我已经使用 Wise 一段时间来接收 Steam 的付款。

使用该账户我做了三件事：
- 接收 Steam 付款
- 只向一个自由职业者付款
- 将钱转账到我的本地德国商业银行账户。

我多次被要求提供额外文件，但没关系，因为我对提供文件保持透明没有问题，而且每次都成功了。

现在突如其来，我的账户被标记为删除，原因是没人想告诉我。

我无法直接以任何方式访问账户里的钱（而且里面有大量资金）。

我已经通过他们的系统提交了异议，并再次提供了所有文件（来自 Steam、我的身份证件等），但他们只说“ nope”，现在我的账户将在一月被删除。

唯一的办法是联系他们的客服，让他们随意把钱转到我的德国商业银行账户——这当然需要很长时间。

So a word of warning if you use Wise: get the money out of there. They can close the account at any moment without telling you anything about the reasons - without a reason in the first place.

If you are reliant on the money it can fuck you up for good.
