Hi!我创建了 Kinloom:一个免费、开源的工具,把真实的人工智能放入任何游戏。
The video is real gameplay. A model answers live, nothing is scripted.
🎮 What you see in the video
Talk to anyone, even in old games
In a Pokémon FireRed fan mod, the trainer answers whatever you type, accepts or refuses your bet, and the battle really starts.
A sentence becomes a room
In a Binding of Isaac mod, describe a room and you fight in it. A wish becomes a real item, with real stats.
A village that remembers
Do something terrible. Everyone saw it, word spreads, and a ten-year-old won't let it go.
A suspect who cracks
Show him the evidence: his trust drops, his story changes, and he confesses.
Type it, it's built
"a lighthouse made of cheese" → it appears on the island.
⚙️ How it works, in 3 steps
1. Your game asks for something, with an example of the answer.
Kinloom.create("an item found in a cave",
{"name": "Glowcap", "value": [1, 50], "story": "Found under a cold stone."})
The example says: I want a name, a value between 1 and 50, and a short story.
2. Kinloom asks the AI, then checks the reply.
Wrong shape? Number out of range? An action your game doesn't have? Refused. Your game only ever receives answers that fit.
3. If there's no AI, the example is the answer.
No key, no internet, a slow model: your game gets your example (or your own lines) instantly. It never freezes, never crashes.
🧰 What your game can ask for
-
chat: a real conversation with a character, streamed, in about 1 second
-
say: a line when something happens (a kill, a goal, a sunset), instantly
-
decide: a choice or numbers, every frame, instantly
-
act: the AI uses your game's own functions (give an item, open a door, start a fight), and only valid calls get through
-
create: content of any shape (items, quests, levels, names, dialogue trees)
-
event: who saw what, so rumors spread and characters hold grudges
-
Voice: characters can speak and listen, with the system voice when there's no key
💡 What you can build with it
-
NPCs you can really talk to: shopkeepers you haggle with, companions who remember your choices
-
Quests and items made on the fly, in the exact format your game needs
-
A game master that builds the next room, wave or level from how you play
-
Rivals and enemies that pick a strategy every frame: attack, block, flee
-
Detective and interrogation games where suspects lie, remember and crack
-
Living towns where people gossip, have opinions and remember what you did
-
Commentators and announcers that react to the actual match
-
Mods for games that already exist: add AI characters to a game you didn't make
🧩 Works everywhere
-
Engines: Unity, Godot, JavaScript, C++, Rust, Java, Lua, Python
-
AI models: Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama, LM Studio… or none at all
-
No dependencies: one file to drop into your project
-
Ready to ship: a relay keeps your API key off players' machines, with rate limits and spending caps
✨ Made for vibe coding
pip install kinloom
cd your-game
kinloom init
kinloom init finds your engine, adds Kinloom, and teaches your coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI…) how to use it.
Then just ask in plain words:
▎ "Add a blacksmith I can talk to, who gives items to people she likes."
It picks the right calls and wires everything.
📊 Measured, not promised
-
Coding agents wrote working code 88% of the time with Kinloom, vs 8% without
-
Replies start in about 1 second, for about $0.0005 each
-
45 attacks on a character's secret (prompt injection, fake authority…): the secret was kept

I'd love to hear what you'd build with it!
