嗨，管理员 - 我为Reddit/Devvit的hackathon创建了VerdictLog。

问题：管理员日志 = 什么发生了。VerdictLog = 为什么（对于上诉和移交）。

流程：
• 文章/评论 → 日志判决（规则，严重性，模板，简要原因）
• VerdictLog 文章 → 搜索用户名 → 案件文件
• 复制上诉摘要至modmail
• 不存储文章/评论正文；TTL + 手动删除
