昨天 openlist 挂了个 od 网盘，还上传了一个mp3文件，今天发现不能用了，提示：“empty token returned from official API, a wrong refresh token may have been used”

然后登录 admin.microsoft.com 需要 Authenticator 验证。下了 app，扫了网页上那个二维码，app 弹出 "意外错误。请与本地 IT 管理员联系以解决此问题"。

这个Authenticator要怎么弄，还是说不行了。
