甲骨文注册终于不报错abc了, 刚才试了三遍, 报错如下:
Billing address doesn't match information from your credit card provider. Please edit your payment method, to edit your billing address. If you continue to encounter the error, please reach out to your issuing bank.
重新输入了账单地址, 结果还是不行. 最无语的是城市不能填中文, 其他行都可以填. 我这怎么办呀? 大佬们怎么填的?
