不要再用 DuckDuckGo 邮箱了！禁用功能根本没用！用得越久垃圾邮件越多！

过去一个月我已经发过一次帖了，但几乎没人回应。最近真的彻底受不了了，所以来更新一下我这段时间的惨痛经历。
细数了下, 过去我这三年注册过 3 个 Duck 主账号，加起来生成了 至少 1000 个别名邮箱, 形式如[email protected] or [email protected]。
现在垃圾邮件多得离谱，Duck 邮箱的几个严重 Bug 如下：

  1. 点击 “Deactivate” 按钮根本没用。
    页面虽然显示 “Duck Address Deactivated（地址已停用）”，但很多别名仍然继续收到垃圾邮件。
    我起初以为自己点错了，可最近多次测试后已经确认——这是 官方系统的 Bug。

  1. Deactivate 的 banner（横幅）会显示在邮件顶部。
    如果你回复邮件，这个横幅也会被带到对方那边——
    意味着对方也能点击 “Deactivate”，直接把你的邮箱禁用了！
    而且讽刺的是，有时候这个功能在别人那边反而是有效的。

所以实际情况就是：

  • 当我想停用时，它不起作用，垃圾邮件源源不断；
  • 而别人想停用我时，它突然就能用了，结果我还收不到正常邮件。

总结：
DuckDuckGo 的邮箱服务目前完全不可靠。
禁用功能形同虚设，系统逻辑混乱，用得越久垃圾邮件越多。
强烈建议大家别再使用这个服务。

我也想换个转发邮箱直接禁用他, 可是我有上百个常用服务是用duck注册了, 还需要接码, 不能这么一刀切.

I made a post about this a month ago, but hardly anyone replied.
Now I’m completely fed up, so here’s an update after years of painful experience.

Over the past three years, I’ve registered three main Duck accounts, and created at least 1,000 alias addresses in total.
Recently, the amount of spam has exploded. Here are the main bugs I’ve confirmed:

  1. The “Deactivate” button doesn’t work at all.
    Even though it says “Duck Address Deactivated”, many of the aliases still receive spam.
    At first, I thought I had clicked something wrong — but after repeated tests, I’m sure this is an official bug.
    There are similar reports on Reddit as well.

  2. The “Deactivate” banner appears at the top of the email.
    If you reply to an email, that banner is included in your reply —
    which means the recipient can click it and deactivate your alias themselves!
    And ironically, sometimes it does work for others when it doesn’t for me.

So in short:

  • When I want to deactivate an alias, it doesn’t work — and I keep getting spam.
  • When others want to deactivate my address, it works — and I stop receiving legitimate emails.

Conclusion:
DuckDuckGo’s email system is completely unreliable.
The deactivate function is broken, inconsistent, and the longer you use it, the more spam floods in.
Avoid this Duckduckgo email service at all costs.
