写个帖子让后面的oneman避避坑，今天用aapanel安装whmcs每次打开https://demo.com/install/install.php 都是显示Oops!Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.Please go back to the previous page and try again
最后发现是默认禁用了putenv 删掉后重新打开就正常了
